美國田納西州21歲正妹貝莉（Bailey Sellers）16歲那年，父親因胰臟癌過世，臨走前他請花店在每年女兒生日時，準備一束花送給她。今年是貝莉的21歲生日，同時也是爸爸跟花店預訂的最後一年，她把爸爸準備好的花跟臨走前寫下的信放上推特，並寫道「真的好想你喔老爸」，讓百萬網友落淚。
綜合外媒報導，貝莉的爸爸在她16歲時得到癌症，得知自己不久於人世後，他向花店預訂了五年份的鮮花，在女兒每年生日時送給她來代替他的祝福，不過目前就讀東田納西大學心理學系的貝莉說，她非常不喜歡這個想法，「我一直很討厭我的生日，因為我每年都會收到這個驚喜，特別是今年，而且我知道這是最後一次收到老爸的花了。」
今年除了鮮花外，貝莉還收到老爸寫給她的最後一封信，上面寫著滿滿感人的話，「貝莉，這是我寫給妳的最後一封信。我希望我的寶貝女兒不要再為了我流下一滴眼淚，因為我已經在一個更好的地方了。妳永遠都會是我這輩子收到最珍貴的禮物，今天是妳21歲生日，我希望妳永遠都會尊敬媽媽、真誠的做自己，記得開心的生活，把日子過得充實。我會永遠在妳身邊，陪妳走過每個階段，想念我的時候就環顧四周吧！我永遠都在。」

對貝莉來說，知道這是最後一次收到爸爸的祝福，令她難過萬分，這封信也讓她更思念父親。她把這份意義貴重的生日禮物放上推特，沒想到引來熱烈迴響，逾26萬人轉推，吸引112萬人按讚。不少網友留言祝福她生日快樂，有網友表示，「我不認識妳，但我看完這個落淚了...雖然妳爸爸不在了，但他為妳做的事情好溫暖」、「妳爸會一直再妳身邊陪著妳的」。
